This is a scam want refund my money or send product.
I’ve still been trying to call them and every time I call they tell that my money is being processed. They not sure what the problem.
If I don’t receive my money in 5-10 business days just call back. It’ll be almost 3 months now.

On January 12, 2018 I ordered a eyelashes growing serum for $9.95 special 1 day price. They took out $79.95 for a one time membership fee, which supposedly gave me access to their website and the ability to order in bulk, but not till after you get first order.
I never received my order, therefore couldn't order from their website. When 3 months passed I began calling weekly. Then I kept getting the same story, that my order would arrive in a week. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy tells me that there isn't a supervisor available but could take a message and my call would be returned, that never happened!
When I started telling them I don't want the product only my money returned, they gave me empty promises. Now when I call they blocked my number from calling them and the website says it's now registered and available for others?
It's a scam and I see I'm not the only victim! Wish we could make this go viral or have it investigated!

I also ordered at the end of Feb. They took almost $120 out of my account and I never received my product.
This website is a scam and needs to investigated.
I have email and called repeatedly and they promise that it will be here in a few days and it never comes. Every time I call I get the same man who barely speaks English and says the same thing over and over.
